Alquilamos un barco para pasar una semana entre Ibiza y Formentera que ten\u00eda que llegar nuevo del astillero pero al no cumplir plazos \u00e9ste, desde Punta Estrella nos ofrecieron como opci\u00f3n la devoluci\u00f3n del dinero o uno m\u00e1s grande por el mismo precio. Escogimos esta \u00faltima opci\u00f3n y todo fue rodado. El barco estaba bien equipado, con una neum\u00e1tica con motor, elementos de buceo, ropa de cama, toallas, menaje de cocina complet\u00edsimo y por supuesto todos los elementos de seguridad. Incluso con un problema surgido con la electr\u00f3nica lo solucionaron desplazando un t\u00e9cnico a Ibiza que lo solucion\u00f3 y pudimos disfrutar de las (merecidas) vacaciones casi tal y como las hab\u00edamos previsto. Siendo como es imposible de prever que falle el material, lo que uno espera es que la empresa responda, y en este caso Punta Estrella demostr\u00f3 profesionalidad y experiencia para cumplir con los compromisos adquiridos y buscar soluciones. Desde luego, es una empresa del todo recomendable y con la que repetir\u00eda sin dudarlo. <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>
